The plan is simplified and may not be drawn to scale and is for reference only. There may be alternation made to the clubhouse (including any recreational facility for the residential use) including but not limited to the name, partition, design, layout, use, installation, decorative material and equipment and it is for reference only. For detail, please refer to the latest approved plan of the related government authorities and is subject to provision after handover. The management service or other related service of “The Arles” is provided by the manager appointed under the deed of mutual covenant of the development or by third party service provider according to the service agreement (if any). For the fee of the management or other related service, terms of use, operating hours, terms of service and provision of service, the Manager or the third-party service provider may make decision according to the terms of the deed of mutual covenant, service, agreement or other relevant legal document at its own discretion. The Manager may provide various recreation facilities and activities according to the interest and need of the resident. The facilities or activities mentioned above are the idea of the Manager only and are subject to the actual provision after handover and final approval of the plan or related consent or license by the related government authority. The provision of service by third party service provider will be according to the actual situation. Fees may be charged for the use of the clubhouse and/or the recreational facilities in different opening hours. All recreational facilities may not be in use at the time of handover. The usage of outdoor swimming pool is subject to issue of license by the related government authority. The Manager reserves the absolute right to change, amend, suspend or terminate the provision of any one of the services provided by the Manager or the third-party service provider according to the actual situation. It does not constitute and shall not be construed as violation of any covenant and/or misrepresentation etc in case of any change, amendment, suspension and termination in providing and arranging such service.
